Our room was spacious equipped with the water changing in temperature, a kitchen sink plus coffee machine, paid US $ 155. Location : the hotel was near supermarkets, restaurants and Ararat after a lunch stop in Ballarat by 3.30ish. Also, J Ward Museum was 1 mile away from the property.

We had a wonderful stay at this place! The location was perfect - situated in the main street but at the quiet end in a residential area. The service was top-notch, with a welcome drink upon arrival and the staff couldn't be more welcoming. They even gave us an upgraded room and allowed us a late check-out, which was brilliant. The room amenities were fantastic, with everything we needed including ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, and a mini-bar. We also appreciated the free Wi-Fi in the rooms and the complimentary toiletries provided.
Highly recommended!

the room, equipped with a convenient kitchen sink and modern amenities, was impeccably clean, providing a comfortable and pleasant environment. Fresh towels were readily available, enhancing the overall experience. the thoughtfully curated databases made accessing information effortless, ensuring I had everything I needed at my fingertips.
The only minor drawback was the Wi-Fi signal, which occasionally fluctuated. this was a slight inconvenience compared to the overall excellent service and atmosphere, making it easy to overlook.

We had a great stay at this motor inn in Ararat. The room was clean and modern, and the hosts were very friendly. The location was convenient, only 15 minutes away from shops and the railway station. The towels provided were large and the bed was comfortable. The shower and bathroom were spacious with good lighting. We also enjoyed the snacks and mini bar in the room. Parking was right in front of the room and the guest info folder was helpful. The motor inn had a lovely theme with Chinese statues in the gardens. I would highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

We spent our Christmas holiday at a motor inn and had a decent stay. Cleanliness was impressive, and our towels were fluffy. the location was very convenient with key amenities nearby. We enjoyed the fact that the mini kitchen was available, and one could have a cold beer from the minibar.
The layout of the room made it feel oppressive. the walls were thin, exposing us to two hours of loud arguing from the adjacent room that kept us up.
